We’re here to exceed expectations.
Big ideas, boutique service
One team to meet all of your creative needs.
Design in Mind is a creative agency located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Founded in 2002, we started as a one-woman venture and have grown into a competitive agency built on referrals and relationships. Today, our work spans the globe and we’re grateful to serve clients that put our work at the forefront of change.
We work with nonprofits and budding startups to Fortune 500 companies, and continue to tap into new industries each year. Across the board, our mission is simple: to help our clients succeed.
Work hard and make it count.

We tailor our approach to meet your needs, but always follow these three rules for success:
Always listen.
It’s our priority to understand your goals and to ask the questions necessary to share your vision. We don’t just take on projects, we form partnerships, and believe successful initiatives are always rooted in good communication.
Never skimp on quality.
We are perfectionists that believe in process, collaboration, and utilizing the unique talents of each member of our team. We start with brainstorms, scrutinize every detail in review, and never let anything out the door we’re not proud to claim as our own.
Stay flexible.
With every project, we expect curveballs. Whether it’s about deadlines, budget, a shift in priorities or scope, we’ll make it work. We understand every project hits its snags, and will approach with empathy to help you work through them.
We're better together.
Each member of our team brings something unique to the table, but our collective talents are our greatest asset.
Jenna Della Rosa
As our Content Strategy Manager, Jenna combines her natural talent for process with strong communication skills. She directs our growing suite of copy services and is dedicated to showing the value of content in brand development.
With degrees in English, communication, and graphic design, Jenna has the rare ability to bring a designer’s eye to content creation; she is a wizard at aligning visual and verbal messaging to craft cohesive narratives. Extremely thoughtful and unafraid to share opinions, Jenna pushes projects to their highest potential, even when it means getting scrappy to “make it work.” Out of the office, Jenna enjoys developing recipes for the PKU community, outdoor adventures, and quality time with her husband and daughter.
Katie Otis
Katie is the CEO, Founder, and Creative Director of Design in Mind. She guides our company vision, develops workplace culture, forms client relationships, and oversees crucial creative output.
After starting her design career at a Fortune 500 company, it wasn’t long before Katie broke out as an entrepreneur. She grew Design In Mind from a sole proprietorship to a competitive agency, and though she’s now proud to share responsibilities with a hand-picked team, she still oversees critical aspects of the creative process. Above all, Katie is driven by her belief that good design is a powerful tool for business—playing a key role in functionality, brand recognition, and the communication of complex ideas. She is humbled to help clients find creative solutions and add value through design, day in and day out.
Off the screen, Katie enjoys spending time with the people she cares about most, whether it’s dinner with the girls, movie nights with her husband and son, or gathering with extended family for a weekend cookout.
Raymond Santiago
Raymond is passionate about finding design solutions that are as functional as they are beautiful. Never afraid to take a risk, his designs push the envelope in pursuit of client goals.
As a senior designer, Raymond has led award-winning work in logo and event design, and few projects leave our doors without his stamp of approval. He’s “OCD in a good way” and reviews every piece down to the last detail. In his own design work, he always looks for the wow-factor and prides himself on his innate talent in developing unique brands. When he’s not on the clock, Raymond enjoys hanging out with his wife and baby, watching “The Office,” or catching up on sports.
Eric Hoang
Eric is passionate about great branding. Never a “yes man,” he is quick to offer a fresh perspective and push projects toward their highest potential.
Eric joined the Design in Mind team in 2018 and quickly became our point-person for all things digital media and web—though his background spans from environmental design to B2B advertising and more. Always the first to crack a joke or offer a compliment, Eric is known for being personable and easy to work with. He boasts a BFA in visual communication from UT Arlington, but is now happy to call California home. In his off time, Eric enjoys being out and about in the city, whether it’s exploring an art museum, trying a new restaurant, or brunching with friends.
Andrea Muzzini
As our Lead Project Manager, Andrea is the bridge between clients and designers. She translates client ideas and business objectives into concrete, actionable items for our team to tackle—and helps everyone stay on top of deadlines.
Andrea believes in the power of process. She has an instinct for identifying bottlenecks, brainstorming solutions, and implementing changes (and of course, documenting it all in a spreadsheet). Boasting both a BFA and a PMP certification, Andrea loves working at the intersection of her passions and applying project management expertise to a creative field. Away from work, Andrea is a passionate cook and loves all things food and wine.
Kelly Williams
Kelly distills complex information into beautiful visuals. From infographics and page layouts to vibrant illustrations, she brings her perfectionism to every project she touches.
With professional experience ranging from fashion design to political branding, Kelly’s passion for art runs deep and wide. We’re lucky to have her meticulous eye at Design in Mind—in addition to her skills and talents, her calm demeanor and listen-first approach make her an asset to the team. Outside of work, you can find Kelly snapping photos and exploring the roads less traveled across California.
Chelcie Hunt
Chelcie’s superpower is the ability to step into chaos and create calm through organization and process. In other words, she’s a natural project manager.
Chelcie brings over a decade of experience in the marketing and advertising realm to her role at Design in Mind. She supports the team by streamlining creative processes into tasks and milestones, keeping projects on track and under budget. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Chelcie stays motivated by knowing that every day brings a new opportunity to push our team and our projects closer to success. Away from work, Chelcie loves to get outside. Catch her running, hiking, or planning her next adventure.
Jady Chuang
Jady is a fierce perfectionist devoted to creating stunning work. She believes that whoever said, “never judge a book by its cover” clearly wasn’t a designer.
Jady brings a critical eye and researched approach to every project. Always on top of the latest design trends, she loves to experiment with new styles and enjoys a good challenge. Jady joined our team as an intern while earning her BFA from California College of the Arts, and her thoughtful work quickly made her an asset to the team. Out of the office, you might catch her cruising on her fixie around San Francisco, working out, or watering her extensive plant collection.
Olivia Cohen
Olivia is a talented wordsmith with a knack for content strategy. She believes the right words have the power to change the world.
A self-described “passionate-obsessive,” Olivia dives headfirst into every project and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it just right. She built her career as a freelancer for clients including TripAdvisor and Stanford University, and has tackled copy ranging from social media content to magazine features. No matter how complex the ask, her can-do attitude and innate optimism make her a positive addition to the team. Olivia spends most of her free time camping, climbing, crafting, or teaching yoga and fitness classes.
Without a doubt, our success would not be possible without Design in Mind! Choosing them was one of the best decisions we made and we’ll continue to turn to them as our organization expands and grows.
